Shipping policy

1. Processing Your Order: After you complete your purchase, we will send your order to our processor. This step involves making a donation on your behalf and obtaining your certificate of donation.

2. Certificate of Donation: Once we have the certificate of donation, we will email it to you.

3. Packing and Shipping: We will then pack your purchased item and ship it to your provided address.

4. Shipping Options:

   • With Tracking and Insurance: If you chose shipping with tracking and insurance, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Expect delivery within 3-5 business days.
   • Without Tracking and Insurance: If you opted for standard shipping without tracking and insurance, delivery will take approximately 10-15 business days from the date you placed your order.

Please be aware that due to the donation process, shipping and handling might take more time than usual. In most cases, we expect to deliver your item within 7-14 business days.
